Respecting tradition while simultaneously pushing boundaries was the driving force for the creation of both the architectural vision of our restaurant and the approach to the food we serve.
The menus of our two restaurants – the Bistro and our fine dining L’Orto restaurant – constantly evolves to reflect the seasons. We look to availability and abundance of local and seasonal ingredients, we partner with local farmers to ensure we use their very best produce, we shape our menu to reflect the changing climate and changing tastes throughout the year. We want every guest to not only dine at Nordelaia but to be part of a gastronomical journey – learning, experimenting and discovering with every bite.
Nordelaia offers two dining experiences to hotel and visiting guests:
The Bistro: a more informal experience, focusing on Piedmontese ingredients, traditions and stories of the region.
L’Orto restaurant: our fine dining space, offering a creative and innovative culinary experience, centred around vegetables and seafood and the tastes of the seasons.
The L’Orto Bar is a space to connect with friends and family, or to take time for yourself – with a book and a good cup of coffee, or maybe a cocktail.
The space reflects the changing day, transforming from an invigorating breakfast bar serving fresh juices, to a sophisticated and buzzing bar in the evening serving classic pre-dinner aperitifs and imaginative cocktails into the night.
A carefully tailored wine list of wines from Piedmont, Italy and abroad is also available.
