THE FIVE STEPS OF MIND – BODY BALANCE:
STEP 1
GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
An introductory video call will be held with the yoga instructor 15 days prior to your
arrival to get to know each other and help us customise the experience around your
needs understand your expectations and customise the experience.
STEP 2
THE ACTIVITIES
Your programme will be designed around up to five activities from the below proposed categories:
Early Bird / Functional Training / Outdoor Cardio Activities / Mind & Soul / Body Treatments
STEP 3
POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
Postural evaluation is the tool that allows to highlight structural and muscular
asymmetries that often cause injuries and joint pain. Through the evaluation you can lay the foundations to set a path that will restore your balance and psycho-physical well-being
STEP 4

The activities that will be included in the customized programme will be selected from those indicated below:
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
OUTDOOR TRAINING: Functional hiking in the hills of Monferrato to improve strength, balance and endurance.
TRAINING FOR TWO: Engage in a workout designed for couples that will help you find your inner and outer balance and have fun along the way
EARLY BIRD
BAREFOOTING: walk barefoot for an intense feeling of well-being, freedom and connection to nature
MUSCLE TONING: stretching and muscle toning to activate one’s own energy and flexibility.
OUTDOOR CARDIO ACTIVITIES
Discover the hills of Monferrato through a combination of E-Bike tours and trekking
each with a level of commitment proportional to the agreed plan:

MIND & SOUL
PILATES: Reduce stress and tension through a combination of fluid motions and strengthening exercises. Build the awareness in your body and mind and focus on a precise and effective flow
BREATHING TECHNIQUES: breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety.
BODY TREATMENTS
RELAXING MASSAGE: a gentle approach to reduce stress and tension
SPORT MASSAGE: improve athletic performance by reducing muscle tension
DRAINING MASSAGE: promote the drainage of lymphatic fluids reducing stagnation
ENERGY TREATMENT: energy rebalancing through MTC techniques such as Shiatzu and Cupping
STEP 5
EATING WELL
The program includes dinner at the Bistro of Nordelaia, where dishes are prepared using the best local products and your wellbeing in mind.
Guiding you during your stay at Nordelaia will be Silvia Cassi from Milan, who has over thirty years of dedicated experience in personalised and targeted training programmes which help her clients achieve their fitness and health goals. Her attention to detail and listening to her clients really makes Silvia stand out as an instructor. She will be there to motivate, support and ensure your safety and wellbeing.
Our Sport & Nature proposal includes:
- Overnight stay of two nights at Nordelaia
- A la carte breakfast
- Access to the swimming pool, gym and spa

- Two lunches or two dinners at our bistro with a 3-course menu to choose from the à la carte menu. Drinks not included
