We are dedicated to minimizing the environmental impact of our facility. We have implemented sustainable resource management practices, such as waste recycling and the use of energy from renewable sources. Our goal is to preserve the surrounding ecosystem and minimize pollution.

Eco-sustainability in our facilities:

Our facility has been designed with careful consideration for the environment, using local and sustainable materials in construction to reduce the carbon footprint associated with material transportation. We have implemented efficient heating and cooling systems powered entirely by a geothermal system. All structural walls, the roof, and windows are equipped with effective thermal insulation, while wooden windows ensure high insulation efficiency. An energy control software system is in place to reduce electrical consumption, and to avoid the use of cement during large-scale earthworks, we have opted for a ground reinforcement system.

Our kitchen is entirely dedicated to sustainability, using local and seasonal ingredients to support local producers and reduce the environmental impact associated with long-distance food transportation. In our gourmet restaurant, LORTO, we prioritize the use of vegetables from our own garden. We maintain ongoing collaborations with local producers to ensure a steady supply and support, while also adopting food waste management practices to minimize waste.
